Challenging an Insurance Company

In many cases, insurance companies will attempt to delay, deny, or undervalue a policyholder's coverage in order to protect the company's interests.

If you believe your claim has been wrongfully denied or that you have been offered an inadequate settlement, you may want to hire a Public Adjuster to help you with your claim.
This involves policy language that your insurance company doesn't want you to use.

We offer both Public Adjusting services and Property Appraisal Services

Secure a Fair Appraisal / Settlement

Property damage disputes are usually handled by the appraisal provision in your policy.

It involves a 2 party appraiser panel. One representing the insurance company, and another the property owner's appraiser.

Each party selects their own qualified appraisar. This appraiser is not a real estate appraiser but an insurance appraisar, to investigate the claim.

A third independent appraiser / umpire will act as a neutral third party to evaluate the property damage, as well.

The three appraisers will then decide the insurance award amount based on how much it will cost to repair or completely replace the property.

Our property damage appraisers are experienced at handling the appraisal process and will work tirelessly to secure a fair appraisal and settlement for our clients.

If you and we fail to agree on the amount of loss, either can make a written demand for appraisal. Each party will then select a competent, disinterested appraiser..

The two appraisers will choose an umpire.. Each party will pay its own appraiser and bear the other expenses of the appraisal and umpire equally…
